TY

‘TY’ is a 12 minute film I made during lockdown as a record of the shifts I felt in my responses to time spent in my local surroundings. Constructed from footage shot on my daily walks it is the first time I had made a film which did not start with painted materials. Although still painterly in approach it helped open up a path into new ways of working which have become a regular part of my practice since.
